This innovative section protects the pre-paid sums in the event of insolvency of a travel, accommodation and excursion providers, not forming part of an inclusive or package holiday.
If the liquidation occurs prior to departure you can claim for your lost money, and if occurs whilst overseas the trip then the section will cover the additional costs to complete your trip and return home.
